I really enjoyed the large and beautiful rooms with capsule style beds. the venue was set in a central position next to the fish market and the seafront, Jesselton Point & Center Point, and tourist spots.

Came with my family members, everything was great. The staff were very helpful and assisted with public parking. In general the service was terrific👍

Location: the hotel was next to Jesselton Point, Suria shopping mall, Local fruits market, fish market, Night food market, Signal Hill observatory point, the center of Kota Kinabalu and the market. The place was walking distance from Kedai Kopi Yee Fung, where you can have dinner...

The helpful and friendly staff made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The clean and well-maintained facilities, including spacious lockers, ensured the safety of our belongings. The location was convenient, just a short 5-minute walk from the airport, making it easy for us to arrive with our children. Plus, the affordable price allowed us to make the most of our family vacation.

For families with children, it would be great to have more kid-friendly amenities or activities available.

The room was beautiful and good. the staff was amicable. - Strategic and comfortable location in Kota Kinabalu, so close to the city center and nearby tourist attractions like Pasar Gaya, Filipino Market, and seafood restaurants, as well as Sabah Pillars and City Lights.

Located in the heart of the city, everything you need is just a stone's throw away - markets, street food, shopping, the waterfront. The friendly and helpful staff make your stay even better. The balcony is a great spot to relax and watch the world go by. All this at pocket-friendly prices. I'll definitely be back!

The double room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of cooking facilities, perfect for those who want to prepare their own meals. The location was great, with a supermarket and many eateries nearby.

The staff could be more friendly and helpful, especially the lady at the front desk. There were some issues with the facilities, such as the unreliable Wi-Fi, collapsed bathroom door, and toilets not always flushing properly.
